Thanks to various support persons in texas and the UK and Sydney I've been able to overcome numerous glitches and tonight it happened! The website finally left the nest and took off into the ether. Doing it from scratch and learning on the run has been a bit like signing on to do brain surgery when you don't even know the address of the hospital. Now just a few details to tidy up...like, I have a contact form but don't know how to retrieve mail...
